Doctoral Training Account (DTA) Posts
The University of Salford – The School of the Built Environment, Health and Care Infrastructure Research and Innovation Centre (HaCIRIC)

Applications are invited for two high calibre PhD Studentships based at the University of Salford within the School of the Built Environment. The posts are funded through the EPSRC Doctoral Training Account (DTA) Scheme and all fees will be paid together with an annual stipend of between: £12.5-£15k. Owing to funding restrictions, applications are normally only accepted from UK citizens, although EU students are eligible for fee payment only.

Der AHO, Ausschuß der Verbände und Kammern der Ingenieure und Architekten für die Honorarordnung e.V., hat seine Publikation zur Honorierung und Leistungsbildbeschreibung für die Projektsteuerung überarbeitet und in der 3. Auflage herausgebracht. Da die HOAI nicht ausreichend diese Leistungen definiert hat, kam es zur umfassenden Definierung durch die AHO. Nun war die bisherige Version des AHO schon den dynamischen Veränderungen des tatsächlichen Leistungsprofils unterworfen, so hat auch die HOAI-Novelle neue Rahmendeingungen geschaffen. So sind nunmehr lediglich die Grundleistungen der Preisregulierung durch die HOAI unterworfen. Besondere Leistungen sind nunmehr frei verhandelbar, was eine Hintergrundinformation zur Honorarberechnung für solche Leistungen damit umso notwendiger macht. Für besondere Leistungen sind bürointerne Stundensätze der jeweiligen Mitarbeitergruppe eine wichtige Orientierung - weshalb diese Stundensätze dringend mittelfristig nachgewisen sein sollten. Für eine umfassende Projektmanagementleistung wird die Kalkulation über Stundensätze und Pauschalen kaum seriös möglich sein. Die AHO-Publikation hilft seit ihrer Erstveröffentlichung.
